NWSDB Sri Lanka – Attanagalla Water Treatment Plant In Operation

The project was mainly funded By the China Development Bank at a total cost of USD 230 Million. The project involved the construction of a water treatment plant with a daily processing capacity of 54 thousand tons, a water intake facility with a daily capacity of 85 thousand tons, as well as 720 km-long supporting facilities including pipelines. The project is capable of providing water supply services for an area of 398 square kilometers. The project is expected to benefit over 600,000 people.

Gflow+ continues to set up and maintain more smart infrastructure to further improve the energy efficiency.

Gflow+ Implements the 1st Ever Smart Metering Project In Sri Lanka

Gflow+'s Colombo Team has been work with NWSDB since 2015 to set up the first District Metering Area (DMA) Project. We have been setting up more than 47 DMAs in city of Colombo. The non revenue water of Colombo has been controlled under 14% after the project implementation from 40%..We have helped the Colombo residents to save more than 100,000 cubic meter of drinking water daily, almost equal to daily capacity of a water treatment plant.

Gflow+ continues to set up and maintain more smart metering kiosks to further improve the water efficiency.

De-Water Project in Qatar
